Balmain Spring 2014 Collection

I could not get over how absolutely incredible the shapes of the flippy skirts were in the Balmain Spring 2014 RTW Collection ... pulling in so many of my favorite feminine elements from large scale gingham to fluffy feathers, I felt like this collection was made for me! If you are trying to achieve this look for MUCH less .. I recommend ordering this fabulous skirt from ASOS (a steal at $59!). Dramatic Dior Couture Wedding Gown

Every six months I wait with bated breath for the latest Town & Country Weddings issue to arrive at my doorstep. Once it comes, I literally devour every single page. This Fall/Winter 2013 Issue was absolutely exquisite (as usual!), but my favorite aspect of the entire magazine was this stunning Christian Dior Couture gown that designer, Gabriela Perezutti, wore at her wedding celebration to Austin Hearst. From the shape of the open back to the incredible beading detail, this Raf Simon's creation is truly one of the most magnificent designs I have ever seen.

It was truly love at first sight with this darling Marc Jacobs Cashmere Crew Sweater. And just when I didn't think it could get any better, I learned that fur collar is detachable. How versatile and fabulous is that? I would wear this ALL winter long!

There is always an abundance of fabulous street style during fashion month, but these two looks from London and Milan truly struck me as my favorites. I am loving the resurgence of beautiful angora blend sweaters (just found this perfect one from Sandro) paired with chic structured skirts this Fall (the pink one shown above is this one from Carven).

I could not get over how incredibly feminine and ethereal, yet undeniably modern the Delpozo Spring/Summer 2014 Collection was. The Spanish line has become known for their unique "pret-a-couture" as they combine unexpected silhouettes with intricate details and embellishments in a very contemporary way. For those of you just as in love with this collection as I am, it is available to pre-order now on Moda Operandi.

Burberry Business in the Front Party in the Back

The entire Spring 2014 Burberry Prorsum Spring Collection was teaming with many of my favorite ladylike elements from fluffy knits to delicate lace. But, the most exquisite piece in my mind was this open-back bow sweater. Does it get any more incredible? Wearing this you would certainly catch people’s eyes as you walked away.

Erika Bearman's Southampton Garden

It was no surprise that Erika Bearman’s (OscarPRGirl) Southampton home featured in the latest issue of Elle Décor was absolutely magical. With someone of her taste level, I would expect nothing less. I must say that my favorite part of the feature was her incredible garden. What a perfect place for an early evening dinner party. With the polka dot Oscar de la Renta tableware, I could not help but be reminded of this incredible image from the November 2006 Vogue of Kate Moss in an Oscar de la Renta dress in the pool. Can you just imagine after a lovely dinner party in that garden all the guests jumping into a pool with their gowns on? Sounds like the perfect Summer evening. Oh, and I’ll take that dress too!

J.CREW Spring 2014 Collection Obsession

J.CREW truly hit it out of the park with their entire Spring 2014 Collection, but my absolute favorite look was this one. The fleece paired with the skirt is pure genius. I honestly wish that I could have this outfit in my closest right now. But, since I will have to wait until Spring, I guess I could tide myself over with these fabulous Fall pieces like this toggle coat, this fluted skirt, and these crystal and tortoise earrings.

NYFW Weekend Wardrobe Inspiration

If you happen to follow me on Instagram or Pinterest you may have seen a few of my outfit choices from NYFW. I was really inspired by my favorite Fall trends and these incredible images. I always adore finding ways to incorporate crisp classics and uber-feminine pieces into my look. On Saturday, I wore this and was delighted to pair my new Topshop Aran Sweater (SUCH a steal!) with a white skirt, and my rockstuds. While on Sunday I sported this Blue Oxford (my favorites are from Gap) with a little leather and my Chanel classic flap bag.

Green with Envy

This gorgeous dress from the Ralph Lauren S/S 2014 Collection, literally took my breath away the moment I laid eyes on it.  The incredible detail and vibrant color is truly a phenomenal combination. I would love to have somewhere to wear this to.

dCc Outfit Obsession: Pink & Navy

There is something truly sweet yet sophisticated about pink and navy. It is a color combination that I have been wearing quite a lot of lately. In fact, one of my go to outfits has been very similar to this lovely one - my Ingrid A Line Skirt (in pink) and my J.CREW Tippi Sweater (in Navy). I will never tire of this look. xx,

Smitten with these Slippers

When Fall arrives, all my smoking slippers officially come out from the back of my closet. There is something just so perfect about them for this season, right? You may remember when I bought these monogrammed Stubbs last year. This year I am absolutely smitten with these Salvatore Ferragamo Scotty Slippers. The tortoise shell bow is really beyond perfection. xx,

A Few Favorites for Fall

I truly cannot believe that Summer has officially come to an end. But, I must admit that Fall is my favorite season in San Francisco... Especially, from an outfitting perspective! These are a few of the images that are inspiring me at the moment and have me daydreaming about my wardrobe. I cannot wait to live in destructed denim and ankle strap heels and pair chunky knits with feminine skirts.
