dCc Outfit Obsession: Perfect Proportions

I am utterly obsessed with this look featured on the fabulous blog, Blame It On Fashion. The proportions are absolutely perfect with the boxy top and flirty skirt. I think it may have to try and re-create this look with this sweatshirt and this skirt.
